I bagged a Wii U on eBay at the weekend, the Zelda limited edition one. It’s not going to arrive for a while now (perhaps months) due to the lockdown we find ourselves in here in the UK and complications this has caused on the seller’s side. But I got a good deal on it and given what’s going on in the world there are more important things going on in the world right now…
Well, that was until one of the reasons I bought it arrived this morning…

Gawd this is killing me. It reminds me of the family holidays as a kid I’ve mentioned previously where I’d get a game, then just stare at it for the whole 2 weeks unable to play it! It will be worth the wait though.
The other reason for nabbing the Wii U before the prices go back up is to play my Wii games through a better HDMI solution than the cheap adaptor I currently have on my Wii. The Wii U outputs these games at a slightly better resolution and removes the degradation a cheap adapter can cause. Pass all this through the mCable and they should look just about as good as they possibly can.
